Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Dietary Aides for Louisville’s leading Hospital! This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions. Competitive pay, and access to incredible benefits once completing the working requirement.
DIETARY AIDE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Starting pay $15.50/hr. Pay raise after 400hrs completed, based on years of experience.
- Shift time 6:30am-7pm (3 days a week)
- 401K with up to 4% company match upon being hired on full time

DIETARY AIDE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking patients orders, building food cart, and delivering the food and drinks to the patients rooms.
- Consistently meet the needs of the patient through good working rapport.
- Maintain cafeteria w/ cleanliness, stock, and good customer service to the guests.
DIETARY AIDE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer service and food prep preferred
- ServSafe Food Safety is desired (not required)
- GED is desired (not required)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
