Mobis Production Worker Perks:

$15.00 – 2nd/3rd Shift

$13.50- 1st shift

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available (NO rotating!)

Climate controlled environment

Temp to perm positions with eligibility at 90 days

Upon permanent hire, pay increases to $15.00 for 1st and $16.00 on 2nd/3rd with a progressive raise plan up to $20.55!

Mobis Production Worker Duties:
-
Assist with assembly line and production line operations to mass produce automotive components or modules
-
Collaborate with others to resolve quality issues and implement repair/ containment procedures for recurring defects
-
Adhere to company safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction practices
Mobis Production Worker Requirements:
-
Must be able to work standing 8 -12 hour shifts

Must have reliable transportation to West Point, GA
-
Flexibility in working in overtime including 12 hour shifts and weekends
-
Previous work experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred but not required

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
