Shift: 1st shift, 2-5 days a week.
Pay Rate: $17-18 an hour
Warehouse Worker Duties:
This position is located in Portland, Maine. Portland is the most populated city in the state.
Manager is completely flexible on schedule. Open to full or part-time with a temp position and the possibility of permanent.
All PPE is provided. The candidate does not need to purchase anything that is work related.
They would need to drive a company vehicle. It is a small pickup truck, Chevy Colorado or Toyota Tacoma.
They will not be working with animals. They will be sealing entry points and replacing insulation in order to prevent wildlife from entering homes and buildings.
Assist our wildlife team in keeping animals from entering buildings by sealing entry points and removing and replacement of insulation.
We are actually excluding animals, most often squirrels, bats, and rodents. This is done by sealing entry points and installing one-way doors that allow the animals to leave. The candidate would not actually be coming into contact with or handling these animals.
Requirements
– Valid driver’s license
– Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
– Be capable of working in tight spaces such as attics and basements
– Able to wear appropriate PPE such as gloves, dust masks, respirator, eye protection, and Tyvek suits
– Ability to climb step ladders and extension ladders up to 18′
