Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Sous Chef for Louisville's leading Hospital! This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions. Competitive pay, and access to incredible benefits once completing temp-to-hire working requirement.
SOUS CHEF HIGHLIGHTS:
- $21.08-$26.69/hour, based on years of experience
- 1st shift available
- 401K with up to 4% company match upon being hired on full time
- Tuition Reimbursement upon being hired on full time
- Temp-to-hire position
- Paid time off upon being hired on full time
SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work side by side with the executive chef to prepare food and manage the kitchen in the Food and Nutrition Department
- Manage and maintain staff quality in order to provide good customer service to the guests and patients in the hospital
- Scheduling and inventory duties
SOUS CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree in culinary arts or equivalent
- ServSafe Food Safety is desired (not required)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
