PART-TIME: 25-30 hours weekly
SHIFT: Flexible between hours of 9am-5pm, (MUST BE ON-SITE SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK)
DURATION: 12 months or longer
Company Overview:
Our client is an American pizza restaurant chain. It is the fourth largest pizza delivery restaurant chain in the United States.
Responsibilities:
•Maintains projects plans by making sure the assigned project/projects and running smooth and in timely manner.
•Coordinate and track project issues, risks, and changes in collaboration with lead Project Manager
•Identify/collect concerns expressed by manufacturing sites/affiliates and suggest solutions
•Provide weekly and biweekly updates. Complete metrics updates (monthly).
•Cold calling
•Assist with the requirements gathering process, evaluate and coordinate status of scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team
Experience:
•Bachelors degree / PMP (preferred)/ OR years of experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
•Minimum 2-3 year of recent project support experience
•Must be knowledgeable of project management principles
•Should have a general understanding of learning and development,; possess organizational, planning and time management skills
•Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing quality or production
•Knowledge of doing invoices
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual corporate environment; proficient in technology tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook) Microsoft Project a strong plus
