Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
- Assemble Summary Billing for Customers
- Generate various semi-automated invoices on a weekly and monthly
- Prepare and post adjustments to customers’ accounts for credits, tax exemptions and vendor credits
- Maintain and complete customer record updates
Accounting Clerk Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with Excel
- 2 or more years in a corporate accounting environment is preferred
- Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
