Primary Responsibilities for a HR Coordinator:
Create and update employee files
Scan and upload confidential files
Assist with New Hire Orientations
Assist employees with leave/benefit related topics with excellent customer service
Coordinate leave administration (ADA, STD, LTD, FMLA, and Workers Comp)
Production Operator Qualifications:
Experience in HR preferred
Bilingual preferred, but not required
