CNAs and PCAs—One-on-One Care and Flexible Scheduling
Malone Home Care: Malone Home Care has a goal to provide everyone the best care possible in their own home. If you are a PCA or CNA looking for a job with flexible scheduling and one-on-one personal care, you’ve found the right fit.
Caregivers: We are looking for PCAs and CNAs to perform in-home care for our clients. Our pay ranges between $15-$20 an hour, and some assignments pay mileage.
What Do We Offer?
- Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 4-12 hours and PRN available
- Overtime pay on holidays
- Days, nights, weekends, and weekdays available

Responsibilities May Include:
- Helping with bathing and dressing
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Assisting patient with ambulation and transfer
- Light housekeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of PCA or caregiver experience
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Hoyer lift experience
- Dementia experience
Our Locations: We have multiple client locations in Louisville and surrounding areas, allowing some work location flexibility.
