-Shifts: 6:30-6:30
-Ratios: average is 1:5-6, nights will be 1:6-7, could be more depending on acuity (No cap)
-Floating: First to Float and must be willing to float
-Weekend Requirement: Two weekends a month at client’s discretion
-Holidays- Based on needs
-Strong IV Skills preferred
