Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee crew of up to 5-7 employees
- Monitor/ record daily attendance, time sheets, and daily tasks
General Labor Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED is preferred

Experience in manufacturing/ industrial/ construction etc., specifically forklift

Experience managing a team

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
