Shift: 8a-5p M-F

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Recruiting Specialist supports the HR Department and the facility management team with full cycle sourcing, recruitment and on-boarding assistance for multiple business units. This position is essential in supporting the business by collaborating with the management team to reach recruiting goals and objectives of the company.
Primary responsibility of this role will be for hourly staffing and retention and to take the staffing function of the department to the next level.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but may not be required.
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume Recruiting experience, preferably a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment, self-motivated, problem solver, good time management skills and prioritize duties.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- HRIS and/or ATS experience.
