Recruiting Specialist for high volume, heavy industrial recruiting. Should have experience sourcing and interviewing large pools of candidates (20-30 per week).
Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years INDUSTRIAL RECRUITING experience and experience recruiting a variety for a variety of manufacturing skilled and unskilled roles. Must be comfortable building relationships and networking with the community. Prefer a candidate located and familiar with the OKC metro area.
