Mechanical Assembler Perks:

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
- Positions parts and subassemblies for assembly operations. .
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verifies assembled parts/components to drawings and specifications.
- Resolves assembly problems or notifies supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock with warehouse tech, anticipates needed supplies and advises supervisor; verifies receipt of hardware and components.
- Conserves resources by using only what is needed to accomplish job results.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Mechanical Assembler Additional Information:
- Automotive mechanic toolset minimum
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Must submit to a background check and drug screen
