Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts per customer specifications.
- Bolts, clips, screws, glues, solders, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
- Inspects work space and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum capability.
- Maintain calibration of equipment and preventive maintenance of tooling and fixtures.
- Completes all documentation as assigned i.e. torque verification log, job tag sign off, glue fill logs etc.
- Gathers necessary production data and quality measurements and enters into the quality/macola module. Accurate control of parts issued to a job and scrap, including serial numbers.
Assembler Requirements:
- Mechanical Assembly experience required
- Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel or bend
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
