Allow Employees to Telecommute

Sometimes employees need to be physically present at work, but this isn’t always necessary. Give people the freedom to work from home when they can. You could make it a set day each week or just when they need to stay home with a sick child or to wait for the cable installer. A 2017 survey conducted by Polycom, a company that provides videoconferencing solutions, revealed that 98 percent of people believe working from anywhere bolsters productivity.
